Welcome to Popably. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and to any order you place with us. By using our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully — if you don't agree with them, please don't use our site or place an order.
1. About us
Popably ("Popably," "we," "us," or "our") creates and sells custom digital invitations. You can reach us anytime at hellopopably@gmail.com.
2. Our products
We design and sell digital invitations, including ready-to-personalize templates, templates personalized by us, and fully custom designs. They're available in different formats — such as website-style invitations, PDFs, and images — and with optional add-ons. All of our products are digital and delivered online; nothing is shipped physically.
3. Orders & the information you provide
When you place an order, you agree to give us accurate and complete details for your invitation. You're responsible for the information and content you share with us (such as names, dates, wording, and photos), including making sure you have the right to use any images or text you send us.
Because our template designs don't include revision rounds, we ask that you share all of your details and your vision up front, so we can create your invitation exactly as you imagined. Fully custom designs include up to two rounds of revisions. Any change requested after your invitation is finished may be subject to an additional cost.
4. Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due in full at checkout, and we begin working on your invitation once payment is received. We accept payment through trusted third-party processors, including Shopify Payments, Stripe, and PayPal. We don't store your full payment card details — these are handled securely by our payment processors.
5. Turnaround & delivery
Our template designs are typically ready in 5–7 business days. This timeline begins once we've received all of the information and content we need from you. If you are delayed in providing your details, or in responding to us during your project, your delivery date may move accordingly — delays caused by missing or late information are outside our control and are not our responsibility. A rush option is available for template orders for an additional fee (currently $50), with delivery within 48 hours. Fully custom designs take longer, since they're created from scratch, and we'll share a timeline with you up front.
Your finished invitation is delivered digitally — usually as a link, file, or image, depending on the format you chose. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary.
6. No refunds or cancellations
Because our products are personalized digital work created specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please make sure you're confident in your purchase, and that all of your details are correct, before completing your order. If something doesn't look right with your finished invitation, reach out to us at hellopopably@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.
7. Intellectual property
All of our designs — including our templates, personalized designs, and fully custom work — remain the intellectual property of Popably at all times, even after your invitation is delivered. When you purchase from us, you receive your finished invitation for your own personal use for your event.
You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce for resale, sublicense, or claim our designs as your own. Our brand name, logo, website, and all related content are also owned by Popably and may not be used without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree to use our site and products lawfully and only for their intended purpose. You agree not to misuse our site, attempt to disrupt it, or use our designs in any way that infringes our rights or the rights of others.
9. Third-party services
Our website, checkout, and certain features (such as RSVP tools) rely on third-party services, including Shopify and our payment processors. Your use of those features may also be subject to those companies' own terms and policies. We're not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.
10. RSVP, guest management & external links
Popably provides RSVP tools as part of the invitation experience. However, we are not responsible for sending out invitations, following up with guests, or tracking RSVP responses on your behalf. All guest management and confirmation tracking remain the client's responsibility. When your guests submit their responses, that information is collected on your behalf, and you — as the event host — are responsible for how it is used. Please see our Privacy Policy for more.
Some invitations also include external links you'd like to share with your guests, such as a gift registry or a link where guests can share their photos from the event. You are responsible for creating, setting up, and maintaining any such links and their content. For example, if you have a registry, we'll add the link you provide, but we don't create or manage the registry itself. If you don't have a registry, you're welcome to tell us what you'd like the gift section to say instead.
11. Portfolio & promotional use
Popably reserves the right to feature completed invitations it has designed on its website portfolio and social media channels for promotional purposes, after the event has taken place. If you'd prefer that we not feature your invitation, just let us know at hellopopably@gmail.com.
12. Disclaimers
Our site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we put real care into every invitation, we don't guarantee that our site will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that our products will meet every expectation beyond what we've agreed with you.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Popably will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. To the extent we are found liable, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for your order.
14. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into this agreement.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last changed. By continuing to use our site or place orders after an update, you accept the revised Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
