Every format has its own timeline. Add rush delivery to any template and we'll move it to the front of the queue.
Timelines start from the moment you've sent us everything we need. Rush delivery is available on templates only — customized and bespoke designs are quoted with their own timeline, since every one is built from scratch.
A few details.
How fast? Timelines start from the moment you've sent us everything we need. Image templates are our quickest, ready in 3–5 business days. PDF and website templates take 5–7 business days. In a hurry? Rush delivery is available for templates only — 24 hours for image templates and 48 hours for PDF and website templates. Customized and bespoke designs are quoted with their own timeline, as each project is created from scratch.
Templates vs. from scratch. A template is one of our existing designs with your details added — same layout, same look, your celebration. Customized (on image and PDF) and Bespoke (on website) mean we design the whole thing around your idea, your colors and your typography, with two rounds of revisions.
Which format? A website is your celebration's own webpage — RSVP, countdown, photos, itinerary, dress code, registry and every other detail you'd like guests to have. A PDF is one multi-page file, tappable throughout, holding almost all of the same sections in a document guests can download and keep. An image is a single design carrying your key details. Same Popably craft in all three.
Revisions. The more you share up front, the smoother it goes. Templates keep their design and layout and don't include revision rounds, so please send us all your details with your order and we'll set everything up beautifully the first time. Customized and bespoke designs are drawn around your ideas, so they include two rounds of changes before we hand them over.
Payment. Prices are in U.S. dollars and you pay securely at checkout. Once your payment comes through, we start on your invitation right away. Because every design is personalized just for you, all sales are final, so it helps to be sure of your details before you order.
